“We almost signed a contract with another business and I am SO, SO glad we went with Blue Label! I wanted our kitchen countertops replaced fairly quickly and Blue Label delivered. They are super responsive, answered all my questions patiently, friendly, and sent me an estimate quickly. They sent out Chad to measure and do the template and he was extremely friendly and took his time explaining some things to me. They did not have the quartz we wanted in stock, but sent us to their supplier so we could see it in person. Once we saw it and loved it, we went ahead and gave them the thumbs up and they scheduled us in less than a week. I appreciated the detailed "What to expect" document that helped me prepare. The day of, their men arrived on time (Lupe and his group) and they were AMAZING! Wow, they worked fast and I enjoyed having them over. We left for most of the day because it was loud and smelly (which we knew about thanks to their document), but arrived just a bit before they finished. Lupe and his men were careful, precise, and cleaned up before they left. We LOVE our new kitchen counters and are so glad we went with Blue Label - highly recommend them!”

We ran into some timing snafus with accessing our second floor that delayed our installation (totally our fault, none of it due to Blue Label) and they were understanding and worked with us to shuffle the schedule and get everything in on time. We chose Misterio Quartz for everything and also ordered our sinks through them and couldn’t be happier with how it looks. Wow - Wow - Wow! If I could offer Abbie and Rebecca 10 stars, I would. You will not regret hiring these fantastic women. First, construction/renovation rarely goes seamlessly, right? There are always snafoos of one kind or another.

I can honestly say that our counter top design, order and installation was perfectly seamless. Absolutely positively without an issue.

On top of perfection, the bonus was how proactive both ladies were. Abbie went above and beyond to help me (very design-challenged) choose a material, style and design (we cut a bar down). She was always quick to respond and never ever got annoyed with me. Rebecca called us before our slab was cut and explained that, a longer than typical bar would create a seam we might not like... she offered a different option that allowed our bar to have NO seam - we agreed to her suggestion and are so happy we did. In the entire kitchen, we have a single, nearly invisible seam (kudos to the install team!). Install was quick, on the date promised, professional and thorough. The guys cleaned up after themselves (something I can't say about everyone who worked in our home).

After the job was complete, Rebecca came by and inspected everything to make sure it was to HER satisfaction - awesome! Abbie followed up by phone, made sure I was happy and encouraged me to use my new counter tops without fear.

Pricing - These ladies offered competitive and on-point pricing. Very fair.

I can't speak highly enough about Blue Label Granite. Highly recommend!

After much research, we selected Blue Label Granite to do our granite counter tops and tile backsplash based on their responsiveness, knowledge of their craft, flexibility and reasonable pricing. Working with Rebecca was the highlight of my entire kitchen remodel, she met with me multiple times at the slab showroom and also at our home. She and her team made this part of our kitchen remodel fun and easy. From our first phone call with Abbie to the completion of the project, the team at Blue Label did everything we were hoping for and more. They were always responsive, on time, and worked with my ever changing schedule without hesitation. Pedro accommodated my special request for the granite edge from a picture provided to him and it turned out beautifully. Manuel did an amazing job on the tile backsplash--he was able to work around the many kinks that come with a 50 year old house such as the uneven walls and moldings and still make the backsplash come out perfectly. The entire team including all the helpers were always considerate, careful around our belongings, and cleaned up impeccably after each visit. Their workmanship is excellent and I'm happy to recommend them. If you're looking for the best granite and tile professionals in the Austin area, Blue Label is the team you want.

Abbie and her team at Blue Label Granite are amazing! The time had come to redo the countertop and backsplash in our kitchen and we were not looking forward to the process. Abbie made it a breeze. From the initial meeting, to picking out the granite countertop and subway tiles to the actual installation, the process was very smooth. We were pleasantly surprised with the speed and efficiency in which things were done and the cost was below what we were expecting (we were still suffering from sticker shock from our experience in Chicago!). We love our new kitchen and know who we will be calling as we continue to update our home!

Abbie was great to work with! She met me several times at the stone yard until I decided what I wanted. She also helped me pick out tiles for the backsplash that worked perfectly. They squeezed in our install in less than a week so that we wouldn't have to go without a kitchen and sink over the July 4th holiday. Abbie came out during the install to ensure everything went according to plan. I can't say enough good things about Blue Label Granite! We love our kitchen and working with them was so easy and stress free!

Couldn't be more pleased with Blue Label Granite! Abbie was quick to return my initial call and I had an estimate the same day. With Rebecca's help we went over our options as far as type of granite, backsplash options and tile selection.Any questions or concerns that I had were quickly answered and explained.I was a bit worried having an older home not knowing what problems I would have but was reassured by the whole staff that it would be no problem.      
  Installation was very quick with Jorge and Manuel getting it done in 2 short days and they did a fantastic job!! My wife and I are extremely happy with the new look and Blue Label Granite

We have been planning on granite counters for about a year. The issue was choosing the granite, so many choices and choosing someone to install them. We had picked out a granite called Blue Night. While I was googling Blue Night, I ran across Blue Label Granite. We already had two companies come out to measure and after reading the reviews on Blue Label, chose to get a third. Abbie came out to RR, you could tell she knew what she was talking about. She brought Pedro out and he measured and layed out the plan and design. The other two companies were 4-6 weeks out and Abbie said after they recieved the granite, it would be about 4 days. We felt very comfortable with Blue Label. All my worries from previous project nightmares were calmed down. We ordered the Blue Night and when it came in, we didn't like it!!!  Although I am sure it was a pain, Abbie never made us feel that way. She worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. We approved the other granite that came in and 4 days later it was installed. Pedro and his crew were here pretty much all day and cleaned up after themselves. Abbie even dropped in to check on everything.  We could not be happier with the kitchen and could not be more satisfied with Blue Label. READ all reviews before you decide on a company.  Two well known companies had us almost with them until we started reading all their reviews.  I love love my kitchen, it looks just like  we imagined it to be.  We will  recommend  them to anyone and everyone, and we will have them come back in the near future to do our bathrooms. Thank you Abbie, Pedro and Blue Label  for doing a fantastic job.
