A few months ago we were introduced to a customer (Jeff and Jackie) that needed help finishing out their dream vacation home in Lago Vista. He recently had to switch builders and due to vacation rental promises they needed it done FAST.
Once the builder (Bradley) sent over the plans; we got an idea of the square footage and layout for the project. This lake house had (3) out door kitchens, (3) bathrooms and (1) indoor kitchen that we were honored to do.
With multiple trips to the slab yards, we were able to finalize all the selections. For the kitchen Jeff and Jackie selected "Persa Pearl" granite, for the three bathrooms and the upstairs outdoor kitchen; they selected our in-stock "Arctic Taupe" granite, and for the downstairs outdoor kitchens they selected "Emerald Pearl" granite. All of the beautiful stone came from the local slab yard: Triton Stone Group.
As for the install, there's nothing boring about mixing extremely heavy granite and a spiral staircase with two flights of stairs! With a bunch of heavy lifting we got all the pieces in the house and the install went WONDERFUL!
For only being opened for TWO months at the time it was an amazing experience for the whole team! We are so grateful to the home owner and builder for trusting us with this large scale project! Thank you Jeff, Jackie and Bradley for letting us be a part of this incredible lake house!
